Simple
End-to-end (node to pc) reliable data collection on multihop network.

End-to-end reliable data collection with 1ms accuracy of time synch, and with low power mode. Use SNMS and include low power listening component.

Increase efficiency of reliable transport layer with custody transfer, which migrates responsibility. Put custody transfer on top of multihop, unreliable network layer. And end-to-end reliable transfer layer will be on top of custody transfer. :)
